A Mini PFS (Pick-Fill-Seal) machine is a compact packaging machine used to automatically pick pre-made pouches such as stand-up pouches, zipper pouches, Spouted pouches, shaped pouches, and all other kinds of pre-formed pouches., fill them with a product, and seal them. The Mini PFS machine includes a pouch pick-up mechanism, a filling system, and a sealing system. The pick-up mechanism is used to grip and lift the pre-made pouches from a stack or magazine, positioning them for filling. The filling system then dispenses the product into the pouches, ensuring accurate and consistent filling. Finally, the sealing system seals the filled pouches, ensuring product freshness and preventing leaks.

The PICK-FILL-SEAL Machine is used to pack products in Pre-formed pouches – such as, Stand-up pouches, Zipper pouches, Spouted pouches, Shaped pouches, and all other kinds of Pre-formed pouches.

APPLICABLE FOR PACKING
